The Glade Rehabilitation Institute for Addicted Persons is operated by the Chance Instead of Aid Foundation and is located in the same building as Thalassa House. It aims to empower the clients to lead independent lives and facilitates their reintegration into family and social environments while achieving abstinence.

In addition to focused individual or group psychotherapy, the institution aims to (re)build the psychosocial environment of the residents, supports the development of autonomous problem-solving skills, and assist with addressing various issues such as housing, family matters, employment, training, and other challenges using the resources available within the institution.
